About the disaster prevention sirens on September 3 (Sun)

 On September 3 (Sunday), there will be a comprehensive disaster prevention drill conducted in each ward.

 As a part of this drill, an alarm siren will sound throughout the city from disaster prevention speakers on September 3 (Sunday) at 08:30 AM.

 This siren will be used to quickly inform city residents in case a warning has been issued in relation to the Great Tokai Earthquake. The alarm will sound for 45 seconds, pause for 15 seconds, and then repeat.




 Responses to inquiries at the Fire Bureau, Disaster Control Measures Division are available in Japanese only.
